Isabelle from Des Murs a Paris helped us to find our dream apartment in Paris. We started our search from San Francisco. Isabelle got to know us and what we were looking for, including our functional requirements, our budget, and our taste. We came to Paris and she arranged 12-15 visits over the course of a week. We found our second home that we are very excited about. She helped us navigate the French process (a bit different than the US process) and also referred us to several other helpful resources (notary, decorator, rental agency, etc.) and was very responsive to us every step of the way. We can’t thank Des Murs team enough, particularly Nathalie, for making our dream a reality.

We were contacted in less than 24 hours after we first reached out to the team, even though it was over the weekend. From there, we were introduced to Nathalie who scheduled a video meeting with us and spent over an hour to understand our criteria and time frame. Although we had given Nathalie less than a week notice for when we would be in Paris, she managed to set up several appointments and had everything ready for our visits the moment we landed in Paris.
We were extremely touched by Nathalie’s professionalism, attention to details, and her dedication to seeing things through. With her help, we found our apartment in 2 days.

Nathalie not only helped us draft our offer,  but also helped us negotiate the price. She also spent time to review the entire paperwork to ensure there were no outstanding issues with the apartment. From there, she introduced us to an intentional notary firm who did a terrific job in managing the entire process.
Additionally, she has introduced us to an amazing decorator for our renovation project.
